Our vision is to support certified breath facilitators looking to deepen their somatic skills, confidence, and capacity as space holders.
This means learning how to work with the body gently and respectfully, with compassion, and understanding how stress, past experiences, and positionality can shape what a client feels and experiences.
Our goal is to make this work practical and immediately useful, offering tangible tools each week that you can bring directly into your client sessions.
Graduates are equipped to offer a steady, caring presence that helps people feel supported enough to safely explore their own somatic experience.
You will gain tools to guide others through breath practices with clarity and care.
We keep the cohort intentionally small to support connection, community, and personalized guidance throughout the program.
